Dough
The baseThe look for the whole edit — grade, grain and colour. Four doughs, and the one you pick is what every slice gets baked on.
Toppings
Max fourThe effects. Fourteen of them, and a pie takes at most four. The limit is the point: four moments, four effects, nothing buried.
Oven dial
RecordThe one control that shoots. Hold it and the take runs about fifteen seconds on the front camera.
The cutter
Auto-editThe edit itself. It reads the take for real movement and cuts there — one topping per moment it finds.
Recipe
Shareable linkA link that carries the dough and the topping names. Send it and someone else bakes their own take on your recipe. It never carries footage.
Menus
Eleven of themPreset menus — a dough and its toppings already chosen. Order one and shoot.
How a take gets baked
Four steps, and not one of them is editing
- 01
Pick the dough
Four look presets set the grade for the whole edit, or take one of the eleven preset menus and get the toppings chosen too.
- 02
Load up to four toppings
Fourteen effects on the board. Take one, take four, and the pie is set before the camera is even up.
- 03
Hold the oven dial
One take, about fifteen seconds, front camera. A topping’s name flashes when it wants a big move from you — that is the app telling you what it is about to look for, while you can still give it.
- 04
Let the cutter run
It scans the take for genuine motion, places one effect at each of those moments, and closes the clip into a loop. On the phone, in the time it takes to look up.

Remix
Remix
One tap runs the cutter again on the take you already shot, and it lands on a different set of moments — a different pie out of the same dough. Keep tapping until one of them is the one. Nothing is re-recorded, and the original take is never spent.
Out the door
A finished loop goes to Instagram, TikTok, Messages, or straight into Photos, as an ordinary video that plays anywhere. The recipe goes separately, as a link — the look and the topping names, so someone else can shoot their own.
The kitchen never sends your take out
On device
Recording, the motion analysis, the cut and the export all happen on your iPhone. No clip, frame or second of audio is uploaded anywhere, and there is no account to make. A recipe link carries the look preset and the effect names, never footage. Pizza Cutter does collect usage analytics — which screens were opened, that a take was baked — through a collector Pentarab runs itself, with no advertising identifier and no cross-app tracking. The Privacy Policy lists every field by name.
