Terms of Service — Android

These terms cover the Android version of Typotypo distributed on Google Play. The iOS version has separate terms and a different pricing model — see Typotypo Terms of Service. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

Pentarab grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Typotypo on Android devices you own or control, in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app. All intellectual property rights in the app, its presets, patterns, and interface belong to Pentarab or their respective licensors.

On Google Play, Typotypo is a paid app. You buy it once and the whole app is yours.

• Every preset, gradient, pattern, solid, and frame is unlocked from the start.
• Exports are never watermarked.
• There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and nothing that auto-renews.
• There are no ads.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at the time of purchase and processed entirely by Google.
• The app is available on any Android device signed in to the same Google account — reinstall it from Google Play → your profile → Manage apps & device → Library.
• Refunds are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy.

All payments are processed by Google through Google Play. Refund requests are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy. Pentarab cannot issue refunds directly.

The text you write and the photos you import remain yours. Pentarab never receives them and claims no right to them. Posters you make with Typotypo are yours to use, including commercially.

You are responsible for having the right to use any image you import and any text you set, and for how you use what you export. Do not use Typotypo to produce material that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, or that is unlawful.

The fonts, patterns, and preset designs shipped inside the app may be used within posters you create; they may not be extracted or redistributed as assets in their own right.

The app may require updates to continue functioning. We may modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

Typotypo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pentarab makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. Because your projects are stored only on your device, you are responsible for exporting and backing up anything you want to keep. Pentarab is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of locally stored projects.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
