By downloading or using the Typotypo app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.

Pentarab grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Typotypo on any Apple-branded device you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app. All intellectual property rights belong to Pentarab.

Typotypo offers an auto-renewing annual subscription that unlocks premium features such as advanced typographic tools, premium templates, and unlimited exports. The following terms apply to the subscription:

• Subscription length, price, and the features unlocked are clearly displayed in the app before you confirm any purchase.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial of the annual subscription. The free trial is offered once per subscription group, in line with Apple's policy. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID will be charged at that time.

Typotypo also offers non-consumable one-time in-app purchases, including Typotypo Pro and individual font packs (such as Handwriting and Serif). These purchases:

• Are billed once at the time of purchase with no automatic renewal.
• Remain available across your devices and can be restored via the App Store on devices signed in to the same Apple ID.
• Are eligible for Apple Family Sharing where supported.
• Are not eligible for the free trial offer described above.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policy.

Font packs are licensed for use within Typotypo only and may not be extracted, redistributed, or used outside the app.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. Please contact Apple Support to request a refund.

You retain all rights to the typographic compositions you create with Typotypo. Fonts and assets bundled with the app are licensed for use within the app and may not be redistributed. You agree not to use the app to create content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.

The app may require updates to continue functioning. You agree to accept updates when offered. We may modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

Typotypo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pentarab makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's reliability or suitability for any particular purpose. Pentarab is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
