Terms of Service — Android

These terms cover the Android version of PhotoDiff distributed on Google Play. The iOS version has separate terms — see PhotoDiff Terms of Service. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

Pentarab grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use PhotoDiff on Android devices you own or control, in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app. All intellectual property rights belong to Pentarab.

PhotoDiff is a paid app. You buy it once on Google Play and the whole app is yours.

• There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and nothing that auto-renews.
• There are no ads.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at the time of purchase and processed entirely by Google.
• The app is available on any Android device signed in to the same Google account — reinstall it from Google Play → your profile → Manage apps & device → Library.
• Refunds are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy.

All payments are processed by Google through Google Play. Refund requests are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy. Pentarab cannot issue refunds directly.

You keep all rights to the photos you use in PhotoDiff. The app processes them on your device only; Pentarab never receives, stores, or claims any right to them.

You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you add, and for how you use any comparison you export or share. Do not use PhotoDiff to process images of other people without their consent where the law requires it.

PhotoDiff is a visual comparison tool. Comparisons it produces are illustrative and are not measurements, medical assessments, or evidence of any outcome. Do not rely on them for medical, cosmetic, legal, or forensic decisions.

The app may require updates to continue functioning. We may modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

PhotoDiff is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pentarab makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. Because your photos and projects are stored only on your device, you are responsible for backing up anything you want to keep. Pentarab is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of locally stored content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
