By downloading or using the PhotoDiff app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.

Pentarab grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use PhotoDiff on any Apple-branded device you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app. All intellectual property rights belong to Pentarab.

PhotoDiff processes photos that you select on your device. You retain full ownership of any photos you import. Pentarab does not receive, store, or have access to your photos.

PhotoDiff is provided as an offline tool. There is no online service component required to use the app's core features.

You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure and for all activity within the app. You agree not to use PhotoDiff for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage the service or infringe the rights of others, including by using photos you do not have the right to use.

PhotoDiff is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pentarab makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's reliability or suitability for any particular purpose. Pentarab is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
