Terms of Service — Android

These terms cover the Android version of Kkumi distributed on Google Play. The iOS version has separate terms — see Kkumi Terms of Use. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

Pentarab grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use Kkumi on Android devices you own or control. The Google Play Terms of Service apply alongside these terms.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app. Intellectual property rights in the app and its bundled resources — templates, stickers, fonts, and the rest — belong to Pentarab or to the respective rights holders.

Kkumi is free to download. The premium features are opened by an auto-renewing subscription billed through Google Play Billing, available weekly or yearly.

• The price, the billing period, and what premium opens are shown in the app before you confirm any purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; the renewal price is charged to your Google Play account.
• To cancel, open the Google Play app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Kkumi → Cancel subscription.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the period you already paid for runs out.
• Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
• On a device signed in to the same Google account, Restore Purchases reapplies the subscription.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy.

There are no consumable products and no one-time permanent unlocks. There are no ads either.

All payments are processed by Google through Google Play. Refund requests are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy. Pentarab cannot issue refunds directly.

The photos you add and the text you type are yours. They are stored only on your device — Pentarab never receives them and claims no right to them.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use the photos you use, and for what you do with what you make. Kkumi must not be used to create or distribute images that infringe someone else's copyright or likeness rights.

The templates, stickers, and fonts included in the app may be used inside the things you make, but they may not be extracted and redistributed on their own.

The app may require updates to continue functioning. Pentarab may modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

Kkumi is provided "as is". Pentarab makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. Because your work is stored only on your device, you need to export anything you want to keep, and Pentarab is not liable for loss caused by a lost device or an uninstall.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
