Terms of Use

By downloading or using Kkumi, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Pentarab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Kkumi on any Apple-branded device you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app, or extract or reverse engineer its source code. Rights in the app's design, templates, stickers, and branding belong to Pentarab or to the respective rights holders.

You keep the rights to the photos you import and to the results you make. You are responsible for the following.

• Using only photos and content you own or have permission to use.
• Not infringing anyone else’s likeness rights, personal information, copyright, or trademarks.
• Not using the app to create content that is unlawful, or that harasses or deceives other people.

Kkumi sells an auto-renewing subscription that provides every template and seasonal pack, editing up to 10 photos, saving without a watermark, premium typefaces, and unlimited background removal.

• The subscription period, the price, and the features provided are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The renewal charge is applied to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with applicable law and Apple’s refund policy.

Kkumi is provided as it currently is. Some features may behave differently depending on your device environment or changes to the operating system, and the app may be updated to improve stability and the quality of its content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pentarab is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any original photos that matter to you.

If these terms change, the revision date on this page is updated. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
