Terms of Service — Android

These terms cover the Android version of CardForm distributed on Google Play. The iOS version has separate terms — see CardForm Terms of Service. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

Pentarab grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use CardForm on Android devices you own or control, in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app. All intellectual property rights in the app, its templates, and its interface belong to Pentarab or their respective licensors.

CardForm is free to download. The templates, the fonts, and the editor are free to use; premium export options are unlocked with an auto-renewing subscription billed through Google Play Billing, offered weekly or yearly.

• Price, billing period, and exactly what premium unlocks are shown in the app before you confirm any purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. The renewal price is charged to your Google Play account.
• To cancel, open the Google Play app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CardForm → Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; premium stays active until the period you already paid for ends.
• Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
• The subscription can be restored on any device signed in to the same Google account.
• Refunds are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy.

There are no consumable products and no one-time lifetime unlock. There are no ads.

All payments are processed by Google through Google Play. Refund requests are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy. Pentarab cannot issue refunds directly.

The contact details, logo, and text you put on a card are yours. Cards you design in CardForm are yours to use and to print commercially. Pentarab never receives them and claims no right to them.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put on a card, for having the right to use any logo or image you add, and for making sure your design does not infringe someone else's trademark or copyright. If you put another person's contact details on a card, that is your responsibility under the data-protection law that applies to you.

The templates and fonts shipped inside the app may be used within cards you create; they may not be extracted or redistributed as assets in their own right.

CardForm produces print-ready files. It does not print, manufacture, or ship anything, and it has no relationship with any print shop. Bleed, trim, colour, and paper are between you and whoever prints the card — check a proof before ordering a run, because a file that looks right on screen can still print differently.

The app may require updates to continue functioning. We may modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

CardForm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pentarab makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's accuracy, reliability, colour fidelity, or suitability for any particular purpose. Because your cards are stored only on your device, you are responsible for exporting and backing up anything you want to keep. Pentarab is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app, including the cost of a print run made from a file you exported.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
