Terms of Use

By downloading or using CardForm, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Pentarab grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use CardForm on any Apple-branded device you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app, or resell or sublicense it. All intellectual property rights in the app, its templates, and its branding belong to Pentarab.

CardForm lays out business cards from details you enter and renders them for sharing and printing. Cards are composed and exported entirely on your device. CardForm does not print cards, does not place orders with any print service, and does not guarantee that a given printer will accept a particular file.

CardForm offers auto-renewing subscriptions — CardForm Premium Weekly and CardForm Premium Yearly — that remove the export watermark and unlock print-resolution and press-ready PDF export. The following terms apply:

• The subscription title, length, and price are shown in the app before you confirm any purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refund is provided for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple.

Without a subscription you can design cards and export them as images that carry a "Made with CardForm" watermark at screen resolution. A subscription removes the watermark, raises the export to print resolution, and adds a press-ready PDF with crop marks and bleed. Cards you created before subscribing remain yours to export under whichever tier is active at the time of export.

You retain full ownership of the details you enter and the cards you create. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your card and for ensuring that any business name, logo, or mark you place on it is one you have the right to use.

The app itself, its templates, its typography, and its design remain the property of Pentarab. A card you export is yours; the template it was made from is not redistributable on its own.

You are solely responsible for the cards you create. By using CardForm you agree that you will not use it to:

• Impersonate another person, business, or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Create cards that infringe anyone’s trademark, intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Create cards for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

Billing is handled by Apple. Sharing a card hands the exported file to whichever app you choose from the iOS share sheet, and that app's own terms and privacy policy then apply. Pentarab is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

CardForm is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that an exported file will be suitable for any particular printer or print process. Check a proof before ordering a print run.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pentarab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, CardForm or the files it exports — including the cost of any cards printed from them.

We may suspend or terminate your access to CardForm if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of CardForm after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
