Need help with StickerForm? Most questions are answered below — and for anything else, we read and answer every email.

• What photo works best? One clear, front-facing face that fills a good part of the frame. Every sticker on a sheet keeps that same face — only the expression changes.
• What is a starter pack? A pack is a set, not a single sticker: each one is a situation (friends, office, sleepy, gym…) with its own list of expressions and short phrases. Picking one decides what the whole sheet is about.
• Why does my sheet cost a token? Drawing the sheet runs on a paid AI image service, so each sheet has a real cost. Everything after the sheet arrives — slicing, cutting out, editing, captions, exporting — is free and unlimited.
• Can I use a sheet I already have? Yes. Import any sheet image and StickerForm will find the grid and cut it up. Nothing is uploaded in that case.
• The grid guessed wrong. Drag any divider to move it, or use the steppers to change the number of columns and rows. The preset chips cover the common shapes.

• How do I get tokens? Settings → Get tokens, or tap the button on the Make a sheet screen when your balance is empty.
• My purchase went through but the tokens have not arrived. Reopen the app — an interrupted credit is retried automatically on the next launch. If they are still missing, email us with the date and amount and we will credit them.
• Tokens are missing on a new device. Token packs are consumable purchases, and Apple does not restore those. Your balance is tied to the install, so please spend tokens before deleting the app or moving devices.
• A generation failed. Its tokens are refunded automatically. If a failure ever leaves you short, tell us and we will put them back.
• How do I request a refund? Purchases are billed by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Media & Purchases on your iPhone to see your history; refunds are handled at reportaproblem.apple.com.

• WhatsApp — StickerForm installs the pack directly. WhatsApp must be installed, and a pack needs at least 3 stickers.
• Telegram — share the stickers to Telegram, then add them through @Stickers.
• WeChat, Viber and others — save the stickers to Photos and add them from inside that app.
• LINE and Kakao — these review submissions themselves. StickerForm exports a folder in the shape they ask for; you upload it to LINE Creators Market or Kakao’s studio. Their set-size rules are shown before you export.

• Does my photo leave the phone? Only when you generate a sheet, and only to draw it. It is not stored afterwards and is never used to train models.
• What if I never generate? Then no photo ever leaves your device. Importing, slicing, editing and exporting all run on your phone.
• How do I delete what the app stored? Delete a pack inside the app, or delete the app to remove everything local.
