Privacy Policy

Pentarab built StickerForm, an app that turns one photo into a sheet of custom messenger stickers you can install in WhatsApp, share to Telegram, or export for LINE and Kakao. This Privacy Policy explains what StickerForm handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. StickerForm needs no account, and most of what it does never leaves your phone.

Making a sheet is the only thing StickerForm sends off your device. When you tap Make stickers, the single photo you selected is uploaded over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to Pentarab's processing service, which forwards it to our third-party AI image provider, fal.ai (operated by fal, Inc.), to draw the sheet. Your photo is used solely to fulfil that one request.

• No account, name, email, or login is required to use StickerForm.
• Your uploaded photo is not stored in any database or profile. It is held only transiently to draw the sheet and is not retained on our servers afterwards.
• The sheet comes back to your device and everything after that — slicing, cutting out, editing, adding captions, exporting — happens on your phone.
• If you bring your own sheet instead of generating one, no photo is ever uploaded.

The drawing itself is performed by fal.ai (operated by fal, Inc.), our third-party AI image-processing provider. The single photo you selected is transmitted to fal.ai over an encrypted connection and processed solely to fulfil that one request. fal.ai handles your photo under its own privacy and security terms, which provide protections equivalent to those described in this policy: content submitted for processing is not used to train AI models and is not retained after your request is fulfilled. You can review fal.ai's practices in its Privacy Policy. We do not sell your photos, and we never share them with anyone other than fal.ai, and only to draw the stickers you asked for.

Generating a sheet costs a token. Token packs are one-time purchases sold through the Apple App Store. All payments and billing are handled by Apple — Pentarab never receives or stores your payment card details, Apple Account, or billing address.

So that tokens survive an app restart and cannot be altered on the device, your balance is held on our service rather than on your phone. Your install generates a random identifier that is not derived from your device, your Apple Account, or anything about you, and that identifier is what the balance is attached to. When you buy a pack, Apple's cryptographically signed transaction (StoreKit) is sent to our service to confirm the purchase is genuine and to credit the tokens once. We store only the token balance, the identifiers of transactions already credited so the same purchase cannot be counted twice, and a per-day counter used to enforce a fair-use limit on generations. Because the identifier is random and stored only on your device, deleting the app loses the balance attached to it.

The following stays on your phone and is never sent to us:

• The sheets you generated or imported, and the stickers cut from them.
• Captions you type, edits you make, and the packs you assemble.
• App settings and preferences.

This on-device data is removed when you delete the app, and individual packs can be deleted from inside it. Stickers you install into WhatsApp, share to Telegram, or save to Photos are copies that then live in those apps, under their own terms.

To understand how the app is used and to improve it, StickerForm uses Google Firebase Analytics. This collects pseudonymous usage data — such as which screens you view and which features you use — along with an install identifier the app generates at random on first launch, which is not derived from your device. Your photos, sheets, stickers and captions are never included.

This data is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites, is not linked to your personal identity, and is not shared with data brokers. StickerForm does not collect the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), so no tracking prompt is shown. The receiving server records a country from the connection itself and does not store your IP address.

StickerForm contains no third-party advertising and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Aside from the pseudonymous usage analytics described above, we do not sell or share your data. Photo data is used only to draw the stickers you asked for.

StickerForm is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

• Do not generate a sheet, and no photo ever leaves your device — importing, slicing, editing and exporting all work without it.
• Delete any pack from inside the app, or delete the app to remove everything it stored locally.
• Email us to ask what is held against your install’s identifier, or to have it erased.

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app.
