By downloading or using SnoreMeter, you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the app.

SnoreMeter records the night through your iPhone's microphone, finds stretches of snoring and sleep talk on the device, and shows you a score, clips, and a week-by-week summary. Processing takes place on your device.

SnoreMeter is a wellness recorder. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Its snore score, timings and loudness figures are estimates produced from the microphone and depend on the room, the phone's position and the people in it. The app does not detect breathing pauses or apnoea and must not be relied on to rule them out.

Snoring can be a symptom of a serious condition. If you have or suspect sleep apnoea, pauses in breathing during sleep, severe daytime sleepiness, or any other medical symptom, consult a qualified clinician. Do not stop a prescribed therapy — including CPAP — on the strength of this app.

SnoreMeter is a paid app. SnoreMeter Pro is optional and offered as auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions or as a one-time purchase. The price shown in the app before purchase is the price that applies to your Apple Account.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• The one-time purchase does not renew and is tied to your Apple Account.
• Restoring purchases checks the entitlements associated with your Apple Account.
• Offer codes are issued and redeemed through the App Store under Apple’s terms.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under its App Store policies.

You own the recordings SnoreMeter makes on your device. Pentarab does not receive them. You are responsible for recording only where you have the right to do so, including the consent of anyone else who may be recorded in the room, and for following applicable law.

Pentarab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SnoreMeter on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

We may update, change, or discontinue SnoreMeter. Recording depends on the microphone, background audio permission, available storage, battery, and iOS services that Pentarab does not control; a night may be cut short by a call, an alarm, or the system.

SnoreMeter is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pentarab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost recordings, or decisions made on the basis of the app's estimates.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
