By downloading or using Pulse, you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the app.

Pulse is a video-only camera that applies live temporal effects to camera frames, records short clips with optional sound, and lets you trim, save, and share the result. Processing takes place on your device.

Pulse Pro is offered as auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. The price shown in the app before purchase is the price that applies to your Apple Account.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Restoring purchases checks the subscription entitlement associated with your Apple Account.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under its App Store policies.

You retain ownership of the videos you record with Pulse. Pentarab does not receive them. You are responsible for having the right to record and share the people, places, music, and other content in your clips and for following applicable law.

Pentarab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pulse on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

We may update, change, or discontinue Pulse. Recording, rendering, saving, and sharing depend on compatible hardware, permissions, available storage, iOS services, and third-party destinations that Pentarab does not control.

Pulse is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pentarab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost media, failed recordings, or third-party use of clips you choose to share.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
