Terms of Service — Android

These terms cover the Android version of LogoForm distributed on Google Play. The iOS version has separate terms — see LogoForm Terms of Service. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

Pentarab grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use LogoForm on Android devices you own or control, in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app. All intellectual property rights in the app, its templates, and its interface belong to Pentarab.

LogoForm is free to download. Premium features are unlocked in one of two ways, both billed through Google Play Billing:

• A premium subscription, offered weekly or yearly. This is an auto-renewing subscription.
• A one-time lifetime unlock, which is a single purchase with no renewal.

The following applies to all of them:

• Price, billing period, and what is unlocked are shown in the app before you confirm any purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. The renewal price is charged to your Google Play account.
• To cancel, open the Google Play app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → LogoForm → Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep premium until the period you already paid for ends.
• Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Purchases can be restored on any device signed in to the same Google account — open the app and tap Restore Purchases in Settings.
• Refunds are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy.

All payments are processed by Google through Google Play. Refund requests are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy. Pentarab cannot issue refunds directly.

Logos you create in LogoForm are yours. You may use them commercially, including as a business or product logo. You are responsible for making sure the design you produce does not infringe someone else's trademark or copyright — LogoForm does not perform trademark searches and grants no exclusivity over a template or a combination of shapes.

The templates, icons, and fonts shipped inside the app remain the property of Pentarab or their respective licensors. You may use them within logos you create; you may not extract or redistribute them as assets in their own right.

The app may require updates to continue functioning. We may modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

LogoForm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pentarab makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. Because your projects are stored only on your device, you are responsible for exporting and backing up anything you want to keep. Pentarab is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of locally stored designs.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
