Terms of Service

By downloading or using the LogoForm app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.

Pentarab grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use LogoForm on any Apple-branded device you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app. All intellectual property rights belong to Pentarab, except for the rights you retain in logos you create with the app.

LogoForm offers one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases that unlock additional templates, export options, or premium features. The following terms apply to all in-app purchases:

• Price and unlocked features are clearly displayed in the app before you confirm any purchase.
• Payment is charged once to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. There is no automatic renewal.
• Purchases remain available on your devices and can be restored via the App Store on devices signed in to the same Apple ID.
• Purchases are eligible for Apple Family Sharing where supported.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policy.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. Please contact Apple Support to request a refund.

You retain full ownership of any logos you design with LogoForm. You are responsible for ensuring that the text, marks, and any imported assets in your logo do not infringe on the rights of others before publishing or commercial use.

You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure and for all activity within the app. You agree not to use LogoForm for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage the service or infringe the rights of others.

LogoForm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pentarab makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's reliability or suitability for any particular purpose. Pentarab is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
