These terms cover the Android version of Fandi distributed on Google Play. The iOS version has separate terms — see Fandi Terms of Service. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
License
Pentarab grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Fandi on Android devices you own or control, in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app. All intellectual property rights in the app and its interface belong to Pentarab.
Fandi Pro Subscription
Fandi is free to download. Fandi Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Google Play Billing, offered monthly or yearly.
- Price, billing period, and what Pro unlocks are shown in the app before you confirm any purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. The renewal price is charged to your Google Play account.
- To cancel, open the Google Play app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Fandi → Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the period you already paid for ends.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Pro can be restored on any device signed in to the same Google account — open the app and use Restore Purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy.
There are no consumable products and no one-time unlocks — Pro is the only thing Fandi sells. There are no ads.
Refunds
All payments are processed by Google through Google Play. Refund requests are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy. Pentarab cannot issue refunds directly.
Your Content
The photos, notes, diary entries, and records you put into Fandi are yours. They are stored on your device, Pentarab never receives them, and we claim no right to them.
You are responsible for having the right to use any image you add. Photocards, promotional photos, and album art are usually owned by an artist, agency, or label — keeping a personal collection inside Fandi is one thing, redistributing those images is another, and that is on you.
When you share a schedule as a link, the schedule travels inside the link. Share it only with people you intend to give it to.
Not Official, and Not Financial Advice
Fandi is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any artist, agency, label, or fan platform. Schedule entries are what you or another fan typed in — Pentarab does not verify them, and an event may be wrong, moved, or cancelled. Do not rely on Fandi as the authoritative source for a comeback date, a ticket sale, or a pre-order deadline; check the official announcement.
The ledger is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not accounting or financial advice.
Updates
The app may require updates to continue functioning. We may modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
Disclaimer
Fandi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pentarab makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose, and does not guarantee that a reminder will be delivered on time — Android controls notification delivery, and battery optimisation or a device restart can delay one. Because your records are stored only on your device, you are responsible for anything you want to keep. Pentarab is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app, including a missed event or loss of locally stored content.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
