By downloading or using Fandi, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Pentarab grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Fandi on any Apple-branded device you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app, or resell or sublicense it. All intellectual property rights in the app and its branding belong to Pentarab.

Fandi is a personal planner. It keeps schedules and countdowns, a spending ledger, a photocard binder, and event recaps on your device, and can produce shareable images and shareable schedule links from them. Fandi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any artist, group, agency, label, or fan club, and it ships no official photos, logos, or names — everything about who you are a fan of comes from you.

Fandi offers an auto-renewing subscription — Fandi Pro, available monthly or yearly — which unlocks unlimited faves, every card frame and foil, spending trends and per-fave breakdowns, and premium Wrapped themes without a watermark. The app is fully usable without it.

• The subscription title, length, and price are shown in the app before you confirm any purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refund is provided for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple.

Everything you put into Fandi — names, dates, amounts, photos, notes and recaps — is yours, and it stays on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use any photo you add.

Fandi has no marketplace and no trading. Cards you make are for your own collection; nothing in the app buys, sells, exchanges, or brokers anything between users.

When you share a card, a page, a recap, or a schedule link, you decide where it goes. A shared schedule carries its events inside the link itself, so anyone who receives the link can read them — share it only with people you intend to. You are responsible for what you share and for respecting other people's rights when you do.

Fandi stores your data locally and keeps no copy. If you delete the app, lose the device, or restore without a backup, that data is gone and Pentarab cannot recover it. Keeping a device backup is your responsibility.

Fandi is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Reminders depend on iOS notification delivery and on the permissions you grant; Fandi does not guarantee that any reminder will be delivered at a particular time, and you should not rely on it as the only reminder for anything that matters, such as a pre-order deadline.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pentarab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising out of your use of the app.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page with the date above. Continuing to use Fandi after a change means you accept it.
