By downloading or using Dreamquill, you agree to these terms. They are Pentarab's own terms of use for Dreamquill. Please read them before using the app.

Dreamquill is a dream journal with dream interpretation for iPhone. It reads each dream through three lenses — traditional Korean dream lore (haemong), dream psychology research and Jungian psychology — and adds typical-dream figures from published surveys, reflection questions, pattern insights, an on-device deep reading, and a “rewrite the ending” exercise for bad dreams. Processing takes place on your device.

Dreamquill is for self-reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment. Traditional dream lore is presented as culture, not as prediction of future events. The “rewrite the ending” exercise is a self-help technique, not therapy. If you have frequent nightmares, or dreams connected to trauma or distress, please talk to a doctor or a qualified therapist. Do not make health, financial, legal or other important decisions on the basis of a dream reading.

Dreamquill is a paid app. The purchase price includes the journal, spoken capture, every three-lens reading, the symbol dictionary, the research facts, the reflection questions and three deep readings. Dreamquill Pro is optional and is offered as auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. Pro adds unlimited deep readings, the Patterns tab, the nightmare rewrite exercise and journal export. The price shown in the app before purchase is the price that applies to your Apple Account.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account (Apple ID) when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
• Restoring purchases (Settings → Restore purchases) checks the entitlements associated with your Apple Account.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under its App Store policies.

The dreams, answers and rewritten endings you write are yours. They are stored on your iPhone and Pentarab does not receive them. You are responsible for keeping your own copy — for example with journal export — since deleting the app deletes them.

Pentarab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dreamquill on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app, or extract its dictionary, readings or illustrations for redistribution, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

We may update, change, or discontinue Dreamquill. Some features depend on your iPhone and iOS: the deep reading needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence with Apple Intelligence turned on, and on-device dictation is available only in languages your iPhone can recognise offline. Pentarab does not control these.

Dreamquill is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pentarab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost journal entries, or decisions made on the basis of the app's readings.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
