By downloading or using Dazzle Cam, you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the app.

Dazzle Cam is a manual camera for iPhone with film looks, lens filters, RAW stills and Log video. The looks are Pentarab's own models of how films and cameras render colour; they are not made with, and are not endorsed by, any film or camera manufacturer. Processing takes place on your device.

Dazzle Cam is free to download. Dazzle Cam Pro is optional and offered as auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions or as a one-time purchase. The price shown in the app before purchase is the price that applies to your Apple Account.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• The one-time purchase does not renew and is tied to your Apple Account.
• Restoring purchases checks the entitlements associated with your Apple Account.
• Offer codes are issued and redeemed through the App Store under Apple’s terms.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under its App Store policies.

You own the photos and videos you take with Dazzle Cam. Pentarab does not receive them. You are responsible for shooting only where you have the right to do so, including the consent of people you photograph where the law requires it, and for following applicable law.

Pentarab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dazzle Cam on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

We may update, change, or discontinue Dazzle Cam. Which lenses, RAW formats, frame rates and video formats are available depends on your iPhone model and iOS version, which Pentarab does not control. A recording may be interrupted by a call, an alarm, low storage, heat, or the system.

Dazzle Cam is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pentarab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost pictures or recordings, or decisions made on the basis of the app's readings.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
