Terms of Service — Android

These terms cover the Android version of Coda distributed on Google Play. The iOS version has separate terms — see Coda Terms of Service. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

Coda is an exercise and tracking app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. The routine is a set of respiratory myofunctional exercises for the tongue, mouth, and airway. It may support improvement in snoring when practised consistently; it is not a guarantee of any result.

Snoring can be a symptom of a serious condition. If you have or suspect sleep apnoea, pauses in breathing during sleep, severe daytime sleepiness, or any other medical symptom, consult a qualified clinician. Do not use Coda as a substitute for diagnosis or treatment, and do not stop a prescribed therapy — including CPAP — on the strength of this app.

Stop the exercises and speak to a clinician if you experience jaw pain, throat pain, or any discomfort that does not settle.

Pentarab grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Coda on Android devices you own or control, in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app. All intellectual property rights in the app, its program content, and its exercise instructions belong to Pentarab.

Coda is a paid app. You buy it once on Google Play and the whole 8-week program is yours.

• There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and nothing that auto-renews.
• There are no ads.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at the time of purchase and processed entirely by Google.
• The app is available on any Android device signed in to the same Google account — reinstall it from Google Play → your profile → Manage apps & device → Library.
• Refunds are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy.

All payments are processed by Google through Google Play. Refund requests are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy. Pentarab cannot issue refunds directly.

You are responsible for deciding whether these exercises are appropriate for you, and for practising them at a pace that is comfortable. Your training record is stored only on your device, so you are responsible for keeping the device if you want to keep the record.

The app may require updates to continue functioning. We may modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

Coda is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pentarab makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose, and makes no representation that the exercises will improve snoring or sleep quality for any individual. Pentarab is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app or the exercises it describes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
