Need help with CardForm? Most questions are answered below — and for anything else, we read and answer every email.
Designing a Card
- How do I change the typeface or size? Tap any line of type on the card. A panel opens with its size, typeface, letterspacing, ink and alignment — those settings apply to that line alone.
- How do I move something? Drag it. The first drag pins every element where it already sits, so nothing else jumps; from then on the card is a free canvas. “Back to template layout” undoes the placement without losing your typeface or ink choices.
- Can I change the design after I have started? Yes. Tap the design row in the editor and pick another. Your details come with you.
- What are the three card sizes? Korea 90x50mm, international 85x55mm, and US 89x51mm. Change the default in Settings → Card size. Cards you have already saved keep the size they were made at.
Your Details and Logo
- Where are my details stored? On your device only. Settings → Your details is where every new card starts from; cards you have already saved keep the details they were made with.
- How do I add my logo? Settings → Your details → Logo, or the Logo panel in the editor. Every design keeps a corner for it. By default the mark prints in the card’s own ink, like a one-colour job — turn that off to keep your logo’s own colours.
- Can I use my logo as a watermark instead? Yes. In the editor’s Logo panel choose Watermark, or Both, then drag it on the card to place it.
- The address field — do I have to type it? No. Tap “Find on map” and search for the street or place. The address is formatted the way its own country writes it. CardForm never asks for your location.
Printing and Export
- How do I print? Share → “Print 10 on A4” (or US Letter, chosen from your region). CardForm lays out a full sheet with cut guides running edge to edge, so one blade pass serves a whole row.
- My printer shrinks the cards. In the print panel, set Scale to 100% or “Actual size” rather than “Fit to page”. Cards must print at exact trim size to cut to spec.
- What resolution is the export? 300dpi, front and back. The PDF export is print-ready.
- Why does my export have a watermark? Free exports carry one. CardForm Premium removes it and unlocks print-ready PDF and full-sheet printing.
Subscription
- How do I manage or cancel? Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage, change, or cancel at any time.
- I already paid but the app still shows a watermark. Open the paywall and tap Restore. If it still does not appear, email us with the Apple receipt and we will sort it out.
