Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of StickerForm, an iOS app published by Pentarab. By downloading or using StickerForm you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

StickerForm draws a sheet of stickers from a photo you choose, cuts the sheet into individual stickers on your device, and helps you install or export them to messaging apps. The drawing is done by an AI image model, so results vary and are not guaranteed to match any particular expectation.

• Generating one sheet costs one token. Importing a sheet, slicing, editing, adding captions and exporting are free and cost no tokens.
• Token packs are one-time (consumable) purchases sold through the Apple App Store. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• Tokens are not money, hold no cash value, cannot be transferred between people or devices, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Your balance is held against a random identifier stored on your device. Because Apple does not restore consumable purchases, deleting the app loses any unused balance. Please spend tokens before deleting.
• If a generation fails on our side, the tokens it cost are returned automatically. If they are not, contact us and we will restore them.
• A daily generation limit applies so the service stays available to everyone. It resets automatically.

All purchases are processed by Apple and billed to your Apple Account. Pentarab does not handle or store payment details. Refunds are administered by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We will help where we can, but we cannot issue Apple refunds on your behalf.

You keep all rights to the photos you supply and to the stickers StickerForm produces from them. We claim no ownership over either. You are responsible for having the right to use the photo you upload.

You agree not to use StickerForm to create or distribute stickers that:

• Depict a real person without their permission, or impersonate anyone.
• Are sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.
• Infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights — including characters and artwork owned by others.
• Depict a minor in any sexual or exploitative way. This is never permitted.

Requests that our provider or we judge to breach these rules may be refused, and serious or repeated breaches may end your access to the service.

WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, KakaoTalk and the other destinations StickerForm exports to are operated by other companies, under their own terms and their own rules for sticker content and submission. StickerForm prepares files in the formats those services ask for; it cannot guarantee that any particular pack will be accepted by them, and their review decisions are theirs alone.

Generating a sheet requires an internet connection and depends on a third-party AI provider. The service may be unavailable, slow, or changed at any time, and features may be added or removed. Everything that runs on your device continues to work offline.

StickerForm is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent the law allows, Pentarab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for StickerForm in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

These terms may be updated; the revised version will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
