Pentarab built the ShotSmith app as a commercial app. This service is provided and is intended for use as is.
Information Collection
We do not collect any personally identifiable information. The content you create in ShotSmith stays on your device. To improve the app, ShotSmith does collect pseudonymous usage data through analytics — see the Analytics section below.
Data Storage
All content created within ShotSmith is stored locally on your device, and we do not have access to it.
Analytics
To understand how the app is used and to improve it, ShotSmith uses Google Firebase Analytics. This collects pseudonymous usage data — such as which screens you view and which features you use — along with a device-level identifier (a Firebase app-instance ID).
This data is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites, is not linked to your personal identity, and is not shared with data brokers. ShotSmith does not collect the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), so no tracking prompt is shown. Analytics is processed by Google — see Google's Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
ShotSmith uses Google Firebase Analytics for pseudonymous usage analytics (see the Analytics section above) but does not use any tracking or advertising services.
Security
We value your trust. Since your content remains on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security features.
