By downloading or using the 1% Habit app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.

Pentarab grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use 1% Habit on any Apple-branded device you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app. All intellectual property rights belong to Pentarab.

1% Habit is free to download and use. Premium features are unlocked through 1% Habit Pro — a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. This purchase:

• Is billed once at the time of purchase, with no recurring charges.
• Clearly displays its price and the features it unlocks in the app before you confirm.
• Remains available across your devices and can be restored via the App Store on devices signed in to the same Apple ID.
• Is eligible for Apple Family Sharing where supported.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policy.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. Please contact Apple Support to request a refund.

You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure and for all activity within the app. You agree not to use 1% Habit for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage the service or infringe the rights of others.

1% Habit is a personal routine and time-tracking tool and is not a medical, fitness, or health device. It is not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Pentarab is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
