Terms of Service — Android

These terms cover the Android version of Gwansang distributed on Google Play. The iOS version has separate terms — see Gwansang Terms of Service. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

Pentarab grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Gwansang on Android devices you own or control, in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app. All intellectual property rights in the app and its interface belong to Pentarab or their respective licensors.

Gwansang is free to download. Readings are paid for with tickets, sold in packs as one-time in-app purchases.

• Tickets are consumable: a pack credits a fixed number of readings, and each reading spends one.
• There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at the time of purchase and is processed entirely by Google.
• Your ticket balance is held on the device, so it does not transfer to another device and is lost if you uninstall the app.
• There are no ads.

Gwansang is an entertainment app based on traditional physiognomy. Its readings are for amusement and are not advice of any kind.

All payments are processed by Google through Google Play. Refund requests are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy. Pentarab cannot issue refunds directly.

Use Gwansang lawfully, and only with content you have the right to use. Do not use it to create material that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that depicts a real person without their consent.

Gwansang is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pentarab is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including the loss of content stored on your device.

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
