By downloading or using Glaze, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Glaze provides camera, photo, and video tools that process your media on your device. Your media remains yours, and Glaze does not upload it. You are responsible for keeping copies of media you want to retain.

Glaze offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable Glaze Pro subscriptions. The price, subscription period, and included features are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; deleting Glaze does not cancel a subscription.
• Apple handles billing and refunds under its applicable policies.

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and exports you create or edit with Glaze. Pentarab does not receive or claim ownership of that media.

You are responsible for using only media you own or have permission to use. You may not use Glaze to create or share unlawful content or content that infringes another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Pentarab grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Glaze on any Apple-branded device you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard EULA. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or attempt to extract the app's source code except where applicable law prohibits those restrictions.

Glaze is provided “as is.” We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Features may depend on your device, operating system, permissions, and available storage.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pentarab makes no warranties that Glaze will be uninterrupted or error-free and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or loss of media.

We may update these terms from time to time. The revision date above identifies the latest version. Continuing to use Glaze after an update means you accept the revised terms.
