Common Questions
- Where are my readings and profiles saved? Your birth profiles, saved readings, and history are stored on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers and are removed if you delete the app.
- How does the daily tarot work? You can draw one card for free each day. Love, money, and choice spreads, plus deeper readings, are available as one-time unlocks.
- I bought something but it is missing on a new device. Open the app and tap Restore Purchases (in Settings). Constella uses one-time purchases tied to your Apple ID, so restoring re-applies anything you previously bought.
- How do I manage or request a refund for a purchase? Purchases are billed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Media & Purchases to view your purchase history; refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- What is Find a Match and is it private? Find a Match is optional and turned off by default. If you opt in, only a limited profile and an approximate (~city-level) area are shared so nearby people can be matched — never your exact location. Your contact handle is shared only on mutual interest, and you can block, report, or stop sharing at any time.
- Is my birth information private? Yes. Your date, time, and place of birth are used only to calculate your readings on your device and are never sent to our analytics or any other server. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
- What are card packs? Card packs reskin your tarot, zodiac, and MBTI cards with collectible art themes (Celestial, Minhwa, Watercolor, Noir, and more). They are optional one-time purchases.
