Terms of Service — Android

These terms cover the Android version of Constella distributed on Google Play. The iOS version has separate terms — see Constella Terms of Service. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

Pentarab grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Constella on Android devices you own or control, in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app. All intellectual property rights belong to Pentarab. Constella embeds the open-source ssaju saju engine (MIT licensed) for local saju calculations.

Constella is free to download and sells two kinds of in-app product through Google Play Billing. There are no subscriptions and nothing auto-renews.

• Ticket bundles — consumable. Tickets are spent inside the app to unlock readings. Once spent they are gone, and a consumable purchase cannot be restored.
• Card packs — one-time purchases that permanently reskin your tarot, zodiac, and MBTI cards with a collectible art theme.
• Price and what each product unlocks are shown in the app before you confirm any purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Card packs can be restored on any device signed in to the same Google account — open the app and tap Restore Purchases.
• Unused ticket balances are stored on your device, not in your Google account. Clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app removes them.
• Refunds are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy.

All payments are processed by Google through Google Play. Refund requests are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy. Pentarab cannot issue refunds directly.

Constella generates readings by combining saju, Western astrology, and MBTI inputs. The readings are provided for self-reflection, entertainment, and personal insight only. They are not predictions, diagnoses, or professional advice. Constella does not claim to forecast the future or determine destiny.

You should not use the app as a substitute for medical, financial, legal, psychological, or any other professional advice. Decisions you make based on the readings are your own responsibility.

Constella is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement, or that a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use of the app.

You agree to use Constella only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the app. You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the app or its generated readings.

The app may require updates to continue functioning. We may modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

Constella is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pentarab makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. Pentarab is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on the readings it produces.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
