Privacy Policy

Pentarab built the Caticker app with a free tier and optional auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions, with an additional Custom Sticker add-on available as a non-consumable one-time in-app purchase. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and how your privacy is protected.

Your photos, stickers, edited images, and preferences are stored only on your device. Caticker does not store your personal content on Pentarab-operated servers. Two limited exceptions are described below: the optional AI Sticker feature sends a photo you choose to an image-generation service to create a stylized sticker, and the app uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect pseudonymous usage data so we can improve it.

We believe your photos and creative work are deeply personal. That's why your content stays on your device by default, and the only data that leaves it is the pseudonymous analytics described below and any photo you explicitly submit to the AI Sticker feature.

Caticker requests access to your camera and photo library solely for the purpose of capturing and editing photos within the app. Photos are processed on your device, except when you choose to use the AI Sticker feature, in which case the specific photo you select is sent to an image-generation service to create a stylized sticker (see “AI Sticker Generation” below).

Caticker includes an optional AI Sticker feature. When you use it, the specific photo you choose is sent to a third-party image-generation service that returns a stylized sticker. Only the photo you explicitly select for this feature is transmitted; no other photos in your library are uploaded. If you do not use this feature, no photos leave your device.

The app stores the following information locally on your device:

• Edited photos and custom stickers
• Filter preferences and settings
• Sticker collections and packs
• App settings and preferences

All this data is stored using iOS secure storage and is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.

Premium features are unlocked through auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions, with the Custom Sticker add-on available as a separate non-consumable one-time in-app purchase. Both are offered via the Apple App Store. All payments and billing are processed by Apple — Pentarab does not receive or store your payment card details, Apple ID, or billing address.

To validate your purchase and subscription status, the app communicates with Apple's StoreKit and may use Apple's receipt verification services. We may receive an anonymous transaction identifier from Apple solely to confirm entitlement; this identifier is not linked to your personal identity.

To understand how the app is used and to improve it, Caticker uses Google Firebase Analytics. This collects pseudonymous usage data — such as which screens you view and which features you use — along with a device-level identifier (a Firebase app-instance ID).

This data is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites, is not linked to your personal identity, and is not shared with data brokers. Caticker does not collect the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), so no tracking prompt is shown. Analytics is processed by Google — see Google's Privacy Policy.

Caticker uses Google Firebase Analytics for pseudonymous usage analytics (described above) and an image-generation service for the optional AI Sticker feature. We do not use advertising services or share data with data brokers. Subscription and in-app purchase processing is handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy.

You have complete control over your data:

• Your photos and stickers are stored on your device
• Only a photo you choose for the AI Sticker feature is sent off the device, and pseudonymous analytics are sent to Google
• You can delete individual photos and stickers in the app
• You can revoke camera and photo library permissions at any time in iOS Settings
• Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data permanently

Your photos and stickers are stored locally on your device, so your data security depends largely on your device's security. Pseudonymous analytics and any photo you submit to the AI Sticker feature are transmitted over encrypted connections to the respective services. We recommend:

• Keeping your device password-protected
• Using iOS security features like Face ID or Touch ID
• Keeping your iOS updated with the latest security patches

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
