• Tap the bear icon at the top right of the home screen to open Settings.
• Tap Restore Purchases under Full Access.
• Check that the device is signed in to the Apple account you bought with.

• Open Settings and tap Redeem Promo Code under Full Access.
• Enter the code in the App Store sheet.
• Once it is validated, the locked cases open straight away.

Five cases are free to play, and the rest are opened by the full-access subscription (weekly or yearly). The locked cases have a higher difficulty ceiling. Replaying a case draws its questions again from scratch, so you never get the same set twice.

You can cancel at any time in iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and the locked cases stay available until then. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

Case reminders are local notifications, scheduled entirely on the device. You can turn them on or off under Case reminders in Settings, or from iOS Settings > Notifications.

Settings lets you turn sound effects and haptics on or off, and choose English, Korean, Japanese, or Simplified Chinese.
